Managing the Bayou Classic aimed to oversee and coordinate the logistics, marketing, and event operations of one of the most celebrated college football games, focused on increasing attendance and enhancing the overall experience for attendees, sponsors, and participants. The goal was to elevate the event’s profile, ensuring its success as a cornerstone celebration of HBCU culture.
